We are spearheading the industry with the latest technology in Reinforcing 3D BIM modelling.
As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for creating accurate 3D models, specialising in detailed rebar modeling and using Tekla software to generate construction and production drawings. Your work will be instrumental in the process of fabricating and installing reinforcing steel.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Create detailed 3D models of reinforced concrete and precast structures with Tekla software.
- Generate and edit detailed drawings in a timely and collaborative manner.
- Prepare reinforcing structural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, incorporating bar bending schedules.
- Review project documents to identify conflicts, insufficient information, and missing dimensions.
- Collaborate with the team, working within the BIM environment, adhering to protocols, standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively within project teams to meet deadlines and ensure quality control.
Your skills and qualifications:
- Proficient in detailing reinforcing steel using ASA or similar software.
- Proficient in Tekla or similar 3D BIM software.
- Experience in generating and editing detailed drawings of reinforced concrete and precast structures.
- Strong understanding of structural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Knowledge of precast erection drawings, production drawings, hardware drawings, and material lists.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills within a project team.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and a commitment to meeting customer needs.
- Familiarity with BIM protocols and standards.
