Previous experience with customer service for construction and/or engineering industries will be of great benefit - but even more importantly, your Customer Service skillset will be top-notch! Primarily this will be through inbound calls and email with a progression into online portals and other digital channels. You will have a high level of professionalism, have a great work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to effectively provide our customers with exceptional customer service.Experience in the steel industry is desirable but by no means essential as full training will be provided.
