As a member of our Customer Experience Roofing Team, based in Whangarei, you'll be at the forefront of providing efficient and accurate customer interactions across various channels. Your key responsibilities will include influencing sales to process orders and quotes, offering solutions, and providing top-notch support to our valued customers.
You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you thrive on going the extra mile to assist customers, excel in a fast-paced environment and possess strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, efficiency and effective communication, then this role is perfect for you.
Prior experience in steel, roofing, or fastening is a bonus but not a necessity. Maybe you have been on the tools and feel like changing up and moving into the office.
Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous but is not essential.
