Even more exciting is our growth in the Aluminium industry where you’ll play a critical role in supporting our growth in this sector. You’ll lead the activities to grow sales while supporting product development and being across strategic trends to identify new opportunities for growth.Your role will be:Understanding the Aluminium and Stainless product markets, including competitor offerings, brand and product developments, customer insights and trends.Driving sustainable growth in the gross margin performance and improved performance in every key metric of success of each product range in the portfolio.Steering the strategic sourcing of products to enhance our product offerings.Conducting negotiations that not only fortify relationships but also elevate the company's profitability and overall value.Delivering high-quality product training and promotional programmes to internal and external stakeholders is critical in growing sales channelsCollaborating across various functions, ensuring that sales, procurement, supply chain operations, quality, pricing, account management and customer service teams are in sync with category strategies.To succeed, you’ll bring a mix of analytical prowess and creative thinking, positioning you as a subject matter expert who can drive growth and increase our market share. You’ll be well-organised, and proactive with a collaborative approach.
