We now have a new opportunity to join our Chain and Rigging team as a Service Technician.We are looking for an on-the-road Service Technician to join our team - we will provide all the training and equipment, plus your own van and tools as needed...you just provide the can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning new skills and looking after our valued clients! In this role you will be on the road undertaking onsite testing and certification of lifting and height safety equipment in the Auckland region, as well as maximising sales opportunities through dealing with our customers across multiple industry sectors. This position will suit someone who is looking for a job with loads of variety, enjoys manual work, and enjoys providing outstanding service to our customers. We are looking for the following skills & attributes:Self-driven and able to plan and self-manageAbility to confidently liaise with customers around bookings, invoicing and service offeringHave a positive attitude and strong work ethicBe physically fit as this role entails some heavy liftingHold a full clean Class 1 driver’s licenceHave great verbal and written communication skillsEnjoy interacting with both customers and staff.Be computer literate Experience in Chain & Rigging is desirable but by no means essential as full training will be provided.
